I'm wearing this right now. I think it is a good iteration of Aventus, I get olfactory fatigue with Emporer Extrait, which is a total beast, but this seems to be okay.

Jeff Mattel Yesterday I received my purchase of PVI, Vanilla, and King.... PVI smells like foot odor in the opening and then dries down to something more fresh but still not pineapple at all.... I emailed them and am waiting for a reply. This does not smell like Pineaple at all, and is not what I paid for... Have you heard this anywhere?

I find PV Intense way too harsh so maybe that Gold version would fit better if it is sweeter. From all the PV samples I tried, the best was Vanilla Intense, which is even better than the original Aventus during the first 2 hours until the vanilla note fades out.

I just received a 100ml of the Intense Gold on 4/27/20, thank goodness it does NOT have that funky and rotten trash smell like the PVI i bought last year, the pineapple note is indeed sweeter and more riped, the musk is also stronger as well. I get the least amount of noseblind out of this than PVI, Emperor EDP, Emperor Extrait, and Emperor Maximus, giving me the false impression of better performance, since i can smell it much longer with Intense Gold.

Loving the reviews and the channel! I’ve been wanted to try the original but afraid of the birch; birch and smoky scents tend to set off intense allergies. Do any of the Parfums Vintage Pineapple fragrances have zero Birch in the notes?

Thank you! PV basically has all of the bases covered. In your case you’ll want to go for their brighter interpretations like pineapple vintage Intense, PV King and ones like that. Those mostly focus on citrus aspects compared to woods. In those the birch note is tamed and hardly noticeable to me

PV is one of my favorite houses but this is getting rediculous..... I own more PV frags then any other brand but it's crazy that prices are so high and I think we've had enough Aventus lol and no need to drop like 12 releases a year....... No other brand does this so fast and I feel like it's turning into quantity over quality....... I am very disappointed

Sounds like a cool story but the reality is that the last releases (The Emperors) are the closest to Aventus and Dallas has just said that he refers Gold to PV Intense. Where exactly is the disappontment? I say lets see more because all Creed are doing is increasing prices ($269 price INCREASE on their Aventus Flacons in July) and increasingly watered down batches.

Since Emperor we've got like 15 fragrances in like a year..... They are going to fast and bottles used to be 65 and they are getting more and more up there..... If they make a bond no 9 clone these days ud be better off just buying the origanal..... These are some of the most expensive clones there are

@@stephcurry30hs9 They are making a version for each person to choose their favourite - whether it be the Emperor range (which came out in December last year) or Pineapple Vintage Intense (which came out in 2017). In both cases there is plenty of time in between releases and they are clearly focused on improving the quality (unlike Creed who have clearly diluted Aventus year on year whilst increasing the price twice per year) and where as Creed have wildly varying batch variations PV is labelling their releases with a different names so a year from now you know exactly which product to ask for and stick with it. Nobody is putting a gun to your head to buy it and the next release will be someone else's favourite. Take what you love and ignore the rest. As for the prices there is nobody else producing the quality of Aventus that PV is despite the commonly heard cliche that a GC analysis is all you need to "copy" Aventus. Nobody else comes close today - not even Creed can match PV Quality as their batches since 2017 aren't worth paying the premium for. PV Price is expensive yes but at leas they have the will to put the quality back in to Aventus that Creed have replaced with watering it down and living off it's reputation from 2011 - 2015. The new King is Emperor

U can't make 20 in a year and keep the quality u just can't.

I like the regular PVI way more then this one, it projects better to. I find this smelling way to fruity/sweet, the regular PVI smells fresher/more citrusy and feels more balanced. I wonder who would want an even fruitier/sweeter version of PVI, it's not logical. Only good thing about this one is that it smells slightly more natural then PVI, but in the air you won't notice that, only smelling up close. The emperor napoleon I like a bit more but it is projecting less then this one, and smellwise it doesn't beat PVI to in my eyes.

I'm just a bit let down on the projection of it compared to the regular PVI, the longevity is good though. It would be nice if you sometimes say the less things about a new release of a perfume from PV to, compared to older ones. Some other reviewers definitly mention that this version of PVI doesn't project as much as the regular one, so there must be something different why it is like that (less synthetic ingredients?). I suggest comparing both side by side and see what I mean. For us viewers a direct comparison video between the 2 PVI would be more interesting. Thanks for your reply.

parfums vintage hyped due to the fact they send products to reviewers 2 price is close t the grey market for the real thing 3 to many dam twists and types got samples emperor extriat unicorns x batch 4 emperor smelt like a 2015 batch of creed but not as good as my 2017 batch of creed n I tested it unicorns smells like vintage mi but about 90 precent not bttr smelling then my 2017 0r 2014 batch mi x batch smells nice but again not that oh wow good alternative to dior thanks for ur review but I haven't smelled pineapple intense or gold due to the fact that emperor didnt wow me compliments I get many with the real thing even with newer batchs
