NEW | Playroom Declutter & Tidy | Pre-Christmas Declutter Toys & Books

Since Olivers birthday we seem to have accumulated more and more toys within the house and mainly in the playroom. Which unfortunately seem to be seeping into other rooms.
While I don't mind his toys adventuring into other rooms and exploring it was starting to affect his main play space and so it was time to take action before more things were gifted at Christmas.
Between myself and Cora, we haven't bought him much and actually, upon reviewing some of the toys we originally thought he would enjoy we decided they were no longer suited to him or that he had plenty of that style of toy as it stood.
Certain areas were starting to spill out such as puzzles, play kitchen and home corner stuff and even cars and trains. We tackled this as a three as finding time to do things without Oliver around is getting harder so we thought it would be good to do it together.
We were so pleased about what we managed to declutter, move to the next baby and even some things to rotate.

I just decluttered today, as we have just had a 2nd birthday two days before christmas. I wanted to get rid of a few big toys but got given more big things. 😂

Awww wow! So close to Christmas, that must be a busy time in your house. It can be so hard to find the balance of toys I feel. We were lucky to only get one big gift between his birthday and Christmas and it’s a handmade mud kitchen that will live outside in the summer ☺️
