@@anupsinghkhelal bahut expensive hai, yeh to yamuna expressway Delhi NCR se bhi jyada rate par sell kar rahe hain. Facility or wo life nahi milegi jo Delhi NCR main hogi, pata nahi government kya soch kar rate fix karti hai.
