​@@anupsinghkhelal Please explain, Affidavit Online E-stamp print kar skte hai yaa conventional way se notary banvana hoga. I stay in Hyderabad not possible to travel to LKO for notary. I think Govt. Of Telangana Notary will not work for Awas Vikas.

Yes both can apply separately, incase dono allot ho jate toh retain ek plot hi karna hoga ,2nd mein cancellation charges lag jayenge

Husband wife ek family count Hota hai , awas vikas ka koi bhi aawasiya Sampati nahi hona chahiye . Rule k hisab se aap apply nahi kar sakte . Only son ho toh parents k naam apply kare loan aap le lena
