I can definitely say... That shiny hunting for A FEMALE Combee, Salandit, Starter or Eevee is Very Difficult... Unless you manage to get A Shiny Salazzle in the first 5 Seconds of entering the area they spawn in... Not that I have any explanation on that ever happening...

Story time: I was playing legends arceus like 14 months ago minding my own business and just checking outbreaks like most of us were and I heard the shiny sound🤨 wonder what it could be… oh cool a shiny combee. Wait what’s that red spot on the bottom comb????. Then I level it up to like level 40 and it evolved🫥 then I realized it was female and celebrated for like 1 full minute
