I'm a casual player & new to this kind of game. Are f2p players CP being throttled as we don't spend? My main is at level 27 & it seems that I don't get much play time due to running out of CP.

cp is just another currency which you can spend, i acutally play a lot cod when i dont even have cp there is lot to do especially at the start of the season
