Hello Derek, just want to let you know I watch her videos and I totally support you on your dedication. Absolutely no it takes a lot of dedication and I can see that you have that I sent you a message before but I missed it up so I’m doing it over again sorry about that. I am battling cancer, chemotherapy three times a week. I went from 190 pounds down to 140 pounds. I just returned home, from a 21 day stay in ICU. I have oxygen 24 seven and pretty much complain to a hospital bed, I do have a walker. I can’t walk my own anymore. I do have caretakers five days a week. They help me with my laundry tissues meal prep medicines me for the weekend so all I have to do is warm them up. I reached out to another bodybuilder, I probably know, that you know this guy, but I don’t want to give his name as I don’t want him coming back on me, but he said some pretty nasty things to me. He was very rude and arrogant and what he said was very hateful and I just reached out to him ask him, if he would talk with me and then reply back that my mom July 4, 2023, and my dad December 24, 2023, so now I have no family. It’s just me. I’m from Council, POUFFS Iowa. if you would like to message me back, I would appreciate it. But if you can’t, I will totally understand your videos. Keep me going and keep me strong.
