in my case showing No public IPs found within Public IP insights ... still i got the mail from Amazon mentioned that You are receiving this notification because your AWS account has at least one public IPv4 address used in the last 30 days... please advise where and how it can be checked ...

You might see 0 active IPv4 public address but you might have used Ipv4 address in last 30 days. Hence the email. Hope this helps. Please like, share & subscribe :)
