You are doing a great job for the developers..... my parents are dominican, i was born and raised in new york, i have a cople of properties in d.r. and i cant wait to finally relocate to the d.r. like you said near the end of the video... d.r. is a great opportunity for us to go and create something give back to those communities and live comfortably.

yes I do believe that the interest rate have sky rocket as u call the rat race , but the options in the states is that u can get a 30 year mortgage and in the Dr. u pretty much get 5 yrs or pay cash or balloon interest rates. Now thats a big deal Mr. Kash
