Hi Noopur, in WES you have to upload marksheets and degree. Upload final marksheet, when we got back, we receive new marksheet with updated marks.

Hi Archit, it will be sent electronically. There won’t be any consignment number. Just check status of your application on UPTU site, they will update there incase of any issue with your application or if everything would be fine, you will find on WES site that they receive the transcript

​@@lovesingh6455 yes go to your diploma university office get transcripts with stamp, seal it and put stamp on seal and send to WES, they consider diploma as Intermiediate equivalent and 3yr btech as 4 year btech 4 year. So you will get dual degree benefit.

Yes, UPTU supports soft copy of all the documents,no hard copy needed. Also, WES received the transcript within 3 weeks

@@sachintalkscanada Yes, I am trying with WES. I think I have figured it out. AKTU doesn't have my all results not sure why may be because they changed university name. I was checking AKTU One View and found they have only 2-year mark sheets only. I have already mailed them with all details so that they can update this. Thanks for the quick reply.

After successful payment, it's going to be two weeks, still the status is "In-Process". I've written multiple emails, but have not received any response yet. Do you've any additional contact ?

I would say wait for 2 more weeks then sending someone will make more sense. It had happened to one more guy for his application after one month: status was in process but as soon as he sent his relative to university, his status updated very next day. But in your case as it’s only 10 days passed , so wait for some more days.i would say wait till 20-25 Jan

Hi Sachin, I requested my friend to visit AKTU University, Lucknow today. They even didn't allowed to enter the office and mentioned this is online process, transcript will be sent online, if payment is successful. Sometimes, due to workload, it's get delayed. My friend queried that it's already one month, he is saying staff is on holiday, try to visit some other day. Not sure, AKTU staff is just giving excuse rather than solution.

You will get soft copy of WES report on your email id and you can download from the WES account

@@harshitagupta1429 so Harshita: ECA address is not required if you want to send transcript to WES from UPTU. If you have given WES reference number while raising transcript that is fine. 2. The address you have provided while creating ECA account that doesn’t matter as ECA is just evaluating our degree. Please let me know if I still not understood your query. Transcript is just like a collection of your all mark sheets. University simply stamp on that document where our all semesters marks is filled. Video Mae format hai transcripts ka , bs sabhi semester ke marks ek document Mae hai and university stamp laga hoga

@@8360ishan from AKTU/UPTU, it will directly go to WES if we are using WES else it will generally take 2-3 weeks if you want them to deliver . I would suggest go and collect in person if you have time constraint
