Great haul and Happy Easter! FYI, be careful when picking up bananas. A man picked up a bunch of bananas at a Costco in Quebec this week and when he removed the wrapper at home, he got stung by a scorpion. Rarely happens, but something to keep in mind.

The Ontario Honey Crisp apples are from last Fall. Been sitting in a cooler all this time. Oranges are a better option this time of year. IMHO

If you buy the mandolins be super careful to use the guard. I sliced off the end of my thumb years ago and it's not been the same since.😱 Happy Easter everyone.😊

all groceries have gotten very expensive everywhere. all oils, especially. olive oil isn't exempt. but if it's good olive oil, then it's still relatively good value. as a single person, i don't have a membership so I'm stuck paying loblaws prices if i want the good stuff, so i'm very selective with what i get there. you'll pay the same price for a significantly smaller bottle of olive oil at other retailers. great haul, by the way

It’s amusing that a lot of these storage containers, especially the glass ones, you can find at the dollarama. Lots of cool other items now in the stores.

The garlic bread is better if you toast both sides then put the cheese on pop back in under the broiler melt the cheese. Want to try the cinnamon raisin bagels. Also pack of the pool goggles kids like wearing them which is a good thing. Those sausages are very good in so many different ways. We really enjoy that mix veg blend . Ever since I broke out the air fry I have bought those fry’s. I was pleasantly surprised that they taste deep fried. I never bought frozen fries before because I didn’t like the taste of them done in the oven. I see a great haul coming lol.

Yummmm you're right it's so good with cheese on top too. I haven't had it like that in years, going to add to my list to do! So glad you like the fries and your air fryer. We love both of those things!

I have a Bissel vacuum and it's half of price of the dyson and with a full charge I vacuum the whole house this one it worth so much more, it comes with the wall mount and all accessories plus it has a light too, Canadian tire might have it again on sale

Hi Dee & fam! Wow so many new finds for home & kitchen this week, Costco knows how to create needs lol I'm interested in the dual trash can. I've been on the lookout for one because we have a very small kitchen and it would save some space instead of having a trash can+a separate bin for recycling. Have a nice Easter long weekend!

Hey Dee, Thank you for taking us shopping along with you. 😊 I'm going to have to pick up that block of KS mozzarella cheese. It's a great price, and I'm also going to portion and freeze it. You know, I've been craving bagels for the last few weeks. I think I'll grab a pack or two! The flowers at Costco are spectacular. Have you seen the hydrangeas? Oh my gosh, they are gorgeous! Dee, Happy Easter to you and your family. The price of olive oil has gone up everywhere. Climate change is impacting the productivity of the olive trees so less olives are available to be pressed into oil. So the price increased. Looking forward to next week’s video. Have a great long weekend.

Basa fish is not a good fish, it’s farmed in Asia and the fish is grown in sewage in certain parts of Asia, be careful buying that fish

Great haul. I would like that collapsible ottoman for storage in the basement. I wanted to say watch out for some bags of the Cara Cara oranges. We’ve bought them for years from Costco but the recent bag looked perfect on the outside but were tough, woody and didn’t taste good at all. It seems like some of the quality of the fruit is poorer than previous seasons. Happy Easter to you & your family.

It might be just me or the way I cooked them but I dislike the casing used for those sausages. Seem like an artificial casing and they’re too thick. I ended up eating just what’s inside the casing.

Bananas are one of the cleanest fruits. No need to buy organic. Meanwhile apples are in the dirty dozen. One of the highest in pesticides and you don’t buy organic?
