Affordable homes is not the same as affordable housing. You own the first and build equity. You rent the second and someone else builds equity with your money. At 0:48--Cost of everything has skyrocketed in the last five years.

Not not enough it's a matter of vacancy land lords keep it empty to keep prices up intentionally. Key is make it far more painful to keep it vacant and elevated prices
