SuperATV has a seat lowering base that doesn’t angle the seat. Just lowers it down 1.5” and you get to keep the adjustment.

finally a good look at these seats! I cant believe for how popular they are that there isn't that much information, videos, or photos of them. thanks a million for the input!

Thanks! I probably should have mentioned more about the bolstering and also the lumbar support but I can see why aftermarket seats are popular

You could add a assualt wheel and quick release adapter to push the wheel closer to. You then could run the l&w fab base and still have the wheel close

I cut and rewelded the frame to lean the seat back a touch on my seats

Interesting idea

Nice video, I have been curious about if these seats would raise you up a lot, my helmet knocks sometimes on my chopped cage so I can’t really afford to get taller

For sure... if you got PRP or Simpson seats you’ll definitely need to remove the slider and/or install the lowering base.

I have a set of L&w fab metal seat bases (still brand new, lol). with the slider and didn’t like them at all for the reasons you mentioned. I immediately put the plastic bases back on my PRP GT S.E. Seats. I needed to keep the slides on so my wife and daughter can drive.

I could have lived with the PRP plus slider but it would have taken a bit to get used to it.

Yeah, the other issue worth the L & w was the sliders were almost impossible to slide.

So is it going to possible to put the diy seat heaters back in? ...where did ya get that chainsaw mount...
@BullittOutdoors4 жыл бұрын
Yep I installed seat heaters, no staples like the RZR seats just a long cord and 2 hog rings. Pretty easy. I made the chainsaw mount.

@@BullittOutdoors that's good to hear, I may pull the trigger on a set now. I know you made the mount... wouldn't be a vid if someone didn't ask. Soon there'll be a account "Bullitt's chainsaw mount" commenting ha
