No, currently there are no changes announced for PTE Core.

Which link are you referring to? The updates are already available on Pearson’s website and everywhere on social media. It's an official announcement & hence, we made a video on it.

Since this new change goes live on November 4th, a definitive answer can only be provided after attempting the exam and analyzing the results.
