Can't beleive how himeko rise in just few months. I used her in MoC12, PF and AS in this patch and she excelled in every game mode.

yeah easily, lingsha and gallagher are very interexchangeable. Lingsha just has slightly more sustain and cleanse, so yeah it just mostly luxury.
