Yep. I’m always changing to find the best solution. Thinking about ditching the CHIGEE and putting the phone back on the nav tower

Give me a Ram mount any day have used one for years never with any problems and no bloody lump on the back of my phone. Quad lock are overrated 😂

Hey, go you! Each to their own. Ive broken ram mounts and lost phones from them. In my experience quadlock is the most secure. Which is what I need given I ride on all terrains.

@@MotoNZ I hate the bloody lump on the back of the phone, I have both mounted on my bike as a long term test. So far Ram mount is easier to use and if you use the additional rubber holding plate it give you double security. Had one Ram for 10 years still working perfectly.

Thanks for that, just had a look. Now you have a case twice a thick as a normal case to contain the locking system. 😂

@@Irishrover1not sure how you Irish measure things, but twice as thick is a bit of a stretch. my case is 3mm deeper than a genuine Apple case I have here… Might be time to put down the Guinness…😂

Don’t buy one! Worst thing ever and ruins the phone camera even with the pathetic vibration dampening gadget. Feel totally ripped off.

really? what phone and what bike? I would be interested to know. As I've used Quadlock for the past 6 years on an MT07, Tenere 700, CRF250, and a stack of other press and loan bikes, iPhone XR and iPhone 13 Mini and no issues... We have ridden on seal, motorways, gravel, dirt, trail riding...

I have been riding with the quad lock damper for a year, with a iPhone 8plus and absolutely no problems 👌🏻
