I’m hating these transition lenses for indoors. They’re like…cloudy. I haven’t taken them outside yet. You can’t like “force” them to be sunglasses indoors though, nor can you prevent them from darkening outside.

I never thought about the fact that smart glasses prob are dope for vlogging? The 60 second timer is somewhat a bummer tho. But imagine how u can vlog food stuff without it being too awkward having the camera all over the place for a good angle xD Instead you just look super interested in the dish xD

Yes, there is a model or two with clear lenses. Bear in mind people will know you’re filming due to the light that can’t be covered.

I only use these to listen to music. Found the camera stuff kinda weird and creepy. Is the battery life improved on the new ones? The old ones I had to charge after about 4 hours. I also found them to be a bit heavy and uncomfortable to wear after a while.

Supposedly you can livestream to IG or FB for 4 hours of battery with these, so it might last even longer just listening to music? The music quality’s great and I don’t find them at all heavy or uncomfortable. The streaming video quality is not great and I’ll cover that in a follow up video but there’s almost zero chance I’m keeping these.

Can't seem to find out... Does the video loop the 60 seconds .. meaning, does it keep recording and keep the last 60 seconds. Or is it just a flat 60? Thanks.

Flat 60. Saves it as a recording on the glasses. You can record a lot of 60 second clips...damn shame they limit it to that.

Only does 60 second recording. You can livestream to your Facebook or Instagram accounts though.

@@artofsoundentertainment8145yes I found out that people can hear me if I yell and they say I sound like I’m underwater or very distorted…also my “hey meta” doesn’t work…called the tech support line and they had me reset the glasses a few different ways and unpair them but no luck…going to return to the store for a replacement hope this isn’t a wide problem

Congratulations on the video. 1) Can I buy the US$299.00 model and place the transition lens with myopia correction degree in an optician? 2) Can the Meta Ai on the glasses now be used like GPT Chat, that is, ask any question, on any subject, and receive the answer via audio (even if only in English)? Example: I ask for a recipe, he answers me. I ask where to eat a good pizza in Miami, he answers me. I ask for updates on a particular conflict over Iran or Russia and he updates me.

1) yep you can get your own prescription lenses! Not sure about the details beyond that. 2) It does have features like that but I admittedly didn’t test them much. Might be another video out there than can dig into the AI more.
