Hey Chris, Heard NJ is getting hit hard with the C-Virus, Lay low and be careful. Things will get better sometime. Anyway this is the first videonot stop and go fully since the last 3. I listened to those and probed the video once in a while to see what was going on. I guess my bandwidth is poor here. I like how fast you can put a plane together these days, Nice hotwire, tool. I have been using aluminum flashing for some medium size templates with good results also. Less drag on the wire or bumps. Cut with scissors and sand edges Take care my friend.

I'm grateful Sir & thankyou fir the ideas, you have TONS of knowledge in you, one thing is aluminum on the hot-wire stencil will eventually cut the Hot-wire itself over time. Be safe and limit your exposure & God bless!
