Chocolate cake: 175C for 22-25 min (3 layer 6 inch cake)
175g self raising flour
10g cornflour
75g of cocoa powder (60g cocoa powder & 15g black cocoa powder)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
150g caster sugar
155g dark brown sugar
80g vegetable oil
60g mayonnaise
2 large eggs
1 egg yolk
95g plain yoghurt
1,5 tsp vanilla extract
180g hot coffee
Chocolate frosting:
225g unsalted butter
85g icing sugar
90ml hot water
40g cocoa powder
140g dark chocolate, 60%
