sir if ITR not filed in relevant assessment year till we get 3year or 10year limit in 148 notice ? or we not get limit benifit

If escape taxable income exceeds RS 50 Lakhs than only 10 years, otherwise 3 years limitation. Check my relevant video I made 6 months ago. Must watch
