The fact that it comes with Android Automotive is right up there in my top 3 reasons along with the fact that they have a very modern look with the 2 screens and a nice compartment under the armrest. I wish more car manufacturers ditched their in house system and adopted this. The one thing that I hate is the ticking noise (not sound) they implemented in the mechanism to rest your hand. Otherwise, it's just perfect. My wife prefers this one over the Nissan Qashqai. Waiting for it to arrive to Greece 😍

All cool and great except....glossy bit. Manufactures should already realised that glossy is not the way to go. Yes, it looks better, gives more contrast and deeper blacks (like on TV/PC monitor), but glossy screen finish is not the way to go for environments like the car interior. There are waaaaay too many reflections and it's distracting. Atm. all brands do it wrong, including Mercedes etc.

Search E-Guide Renault in KZbin, then choose Austral and your language preference. There are a series of videos explaining the car completely.

When you adjust your camera (when you can Go pro is possible) to 60 frames/second the flickering will be gone.

No guarantee as screen may run on very high (and also non-standard) refresh rate, so it's not easy to fix this flickering (may be even impossible at all).

Wow super multimedia system!. I hope the updates are free. Because when i had a Renault i had to pay 90 euro;s for a country and they did'nt have France in the download menu. Crazy a car from France...?!? Thank you for the presentation video!

Davor i think is better new Renault Multimedia but also Kia and Hyundai have good multimedia system they are not worst

Very disappointed that this won't be available in the Uk until 2024 😢 Renault in bolton told me this. My current car's (Capture) 3 year lease is up this year and I was hoping to continue using renault as my car provider. I don't want another capture as they are still the same from my current car (2020 70 plate) the only difference is they are now hybrid and electric and I don't like the Arkana, the megane is too low down for my needs. Why renault decided to stop production of what could have possibly been there best selling car the kadja (according to the team at bolton) I will never know 🤷‍♂ So sadly i'm afraid i'm having to go elsewhere this year 😢
