17:35 thats the first time i see a "tokenless" signage.

Probably a temp setup (I think very soon once this is completed the only part where it might be tokenless might the DMU route from Gemas, unless they upgrade the line)

Tokenless is a reminder for the crew that there is no token to be collected for the next section. A temporary token system is in place between Layang-Layang and Kulai only for now.

Is KTM running on ETCS or the like system? I believe at the minium they have ATP and I see balises around the signal lights

I think both DMU and EMU will ply this section from Gemas, where the DMU will split to go to Kelantan. (unless the actual plan to ply DMU only till Gemas, ETS/ EMU will be the solo operators)
