Justice for open merit. My father is labour I don't have any kind of reservation. But my friend's father is govt employee. She has ST certificate. She didn't work hard. As she knows st certificate helps her to achieve govt job as well as in academics. Sometimes I feel regret why I born in this country. Where we don't follow our respected constitution rules and regulations. Constitution is basic pillar of our country. As we know women statue who worn clothe on her eyes. But recently that piece of cloth removed from her eyes. Now that piece of cloth wear by politicians. That is why they don't care about our constitution which says reservation must be on the basis of citizens. As we know in j& k population of open merit is much than reservations. Once again my slogan is justice for open merit.

There has never been discrimination in Kashmir on the basis on caste, so why even accept a reservation on the basis of what your caste is. This is absurdity. If the caste of the parent is Hajam for example, and he is an officer in the government service, why should his son also get priviledge of reservation based on the caste.
