yhan ab rate dhire dhire km honge ya ruk jayrnge, atleast for small size. bcoz end user afford nhi kr payega. aur investor etna amount lagayega nhi. Koi bhi investor es rate pe paisa tb lagata h jb 1-2 yr me proprty sahin proffit me end user ko bech paye, yhan tou already etna bda hua h. Dealers ne yhan ka market bekar kr diya, ab khud preshan hsin ki sale purchase nhi ho rhi. Last 1 yr n 3 months rate ya tou wahi hain, ya km huye hain

This is real SCAM from UP RERA and Yamuna Authority. Plot nikalta hai to maximum 12 months se jyada authority ko kyun chahiye jab poore paise le liya hai to. Aur yey plot actually milega kab, 10 saal mai, 15 saal mai. Yaa fir year 2009 allotees ki tarah bas intezaar hi karte rahenge.

18 aur 20 ka bhi yahi haal hai bas plots ki demarcation hone se kuch nahi hota vaha bhi 1 bhi insan nahi rehta kam se kam 25 se 30 years lagenge kuch development hone mein jyada bhi lag sakte hai koi guarantee nahi hai

I also agree with your point. But we should keep in mind the history. Noida and greater noida are such examples. At some point of time they were also jungle.

@@vaibhavgoel72 greater Noida ko 34 saal ho gaye established hue ab Jake 50 percent occupied hua hai aur yamuna expressway ko abhi bas 15 saal hue hai soch lo khud kitna time lagega abhi aur yamuna expressway greater Noida se 10 times jyada area hai to authority new new scheme lati rahegi aur logo ko pagal banati rahegi so I guess it's better to invest in greater noida but now greater Noida is so expensive yesterday I got a call from a dealer in Sigma 1 300 meter plot price is 5 crore aur yamuna expressway 18 mein 300 meter 2 crore mein mil jata hai

भाई जी आप मुझे बता सकते हैं कि इसके रीसेल की क्या स्थिति होगी? रीसेल के संबंध में अथॉरिटी द्वारा निर्धारित प्रणाली किया है? अलॉटमेंट के बाद कब रिसेल की सकते है? इसका कितना शुल्क होगा? अगर आप की जानकारी में किसी ने बचा हो तो उदाहरण सहित बताने की कृपा करें।
