We had applied for Revolt dealership. We even got it at the end but did not accept it as the bike price went up too much and at ₹1.8 lacs on road the product looked non viable to us. But Dheeraj Sir and Neha ma’am were nice to coordinate with and Mr Pankaj Sharma the COO is a wonderful person as well who gave us a ton of info on EV market and its future. Nice learning experience. I hope the price comes down, we’ll consider associating with them again.

बिहार में यह 1.85 लाख में मिलती है। 1लाख से ज्यादा दाम देना बेकार है। जब गाड़ी और पेट्रोल की कीमत जोड कर एक साथ दे ही दिए फिर फायदा क्या हुआ जबकि 5-6 साल में 50-60 हजार बैटरी बदलने में भी देना होगा जबकि पेट्रोल बाइक एक बार खरीद लिए तो 15 साल तक बिना रुके चला सकते हैं। 15 साल का हिसाब लगाते हैं तो सबकुछ देखते हुए भी इलेक्ट्रिक बाइक बहुत महंगी है ऊपर से रेंज का लफड़ा हमेसा बना रहेगा। एक लाख से नीचे में यह गाड़ी मिलती है तभी खरीदना फायदेमंद होगा वरना पेट्रोल वाली गाड़ी लो और मजे से चलाओ। यही नहीं, इसमें लेग गार्ड और पैर वाला ब्रेक की कमी खटकती है। कंपनी को चाहिए की एक leg guard लगा दे जो पैर ही नही बल्कि गिरने पर गाड़ी की बॉडी को भी बचाता है और पैर वाला ब्रेक कॉन्फिडेंस तो देता ही है साथ में long runing में फूट rest का काम भी करता है।

Thank you for covering this. The Revolt really looks much more desirable now. The fit and finish and designs are much much better. But, you missed the best part. It no longer cuts off the motor while applying brakes, so, now you can ride it much more smoothly and like a real motorcycle and also can do some rear wheel spinning, which was not possible with the previous model.

8 months of usage Review : 1. There is button on Remote : Locate bike. When u press from 30-40 mtr distance to find bike... Bike should alarm.. but in my bike that work only within 1mtr range. Then told me they will change entire wireless module... 8 months are gone... no proper response from after sales. Job-card is prepare by service center but part is still pending to come to my city. same issue with Bike Start button. 2. Still I have not received Bluetooth Device every time I visit center they tell me... Its out of stock. 3. Customer service is very very poor. 4. Bike is good to show off and initially save money. I found material used is also very cheap. Bike remote looks elegant but when u hold in hand .. material is very cheap. My kid has Doctor Kit set(China made Toy)... That kit has good quality material in compare to Revolt bike Remote. This is just one example... there are plenty materials in bike. 5. Handle / lock is really cheap as well as funny. it seems when entire product is ready then they realize... array handle lock lagana to bhool gaye.... kutch jhugadh karke handle lock laga diya. ( koi angle se nahin lagega ke dedh/do lakh ki bike mein aisa hancle lock bhi ho sakta hai) 5.Geo Fencing is not working at any time... Its just feature in application but never works. 6, My maximum drive is mode 1 ( 85-90% Mode 1, 10-15% mode 2). When Bike was new... I was getting 120+ mileage in 100% charge. Now same office same route same speed... I am getting around 80-85 KM. I work with some startups.. I understand challenges/problem when new product is launched. no-one can avoid that. In my point of view problems in product is not really big issue... main point is how much your are available/or how much you are proactive to resolve issue and keep happy your customer... thats big. I found Revolt management is not good at that. They are more focused on only selling units. I met many people with similar type of un-satisfaction
