Nice brother i have the same one i got rid of the black body because i just trashed the heck out of it and got a new body for it i got the black and red body and i also have the alternative black 69 body ive had this rig the le longest of all my rcs and i love the hell out of it its been a solid platform for me

Ya I was happy with the trade since I was able to get a brand new body for my actual 79 k5 build, so she got freshin up 😂 this chassis will become something bad to the bone like the xtra cab 😉

Epic snow trailing. Beautiful scenery. I notice you have both lights on the rig and the interior kit installed. I had heard that it is difficult to install a light kit if you have the interior set up. How did you solve the issue so you can enjoy both? I have this rig and just installed the interior kit but would like to have lights someday as well. Awesome video. Thanks for sharing.

So this is the trade blazer so it only had the simple body light kit, my built 79 k5 has the pro light kit from Traxxas, I put the gnc interior kit and trimmed what was needed, the interior had spots for lights for dash, so I did custom lights wired direct like servo from battery, I will be doing a full break down walk around on the builds here soon! 🤘🏻
