Sondurbaldota in her judgment42 clearly ruled that the father and the paternal grandmother were guilty of serious PA. The minor daughter was seriously alienated from her mother and the father was sentenced to jail and asked to pay 5,00,000/- as costs to the mother. Guys, kindly kp it mind.. If u want to meet children.. File custody GWAct With Interim access application.. For many.. DV sec 21 gv only limited visitation rights.. There is no provision to grant access in Divorce proceedings.. any such access granted will be only temporary.. not when judgment is passed.. If no relief on access nor execution.. take a chance.. asap move HC / SC when children are about 7-8 years old..
