A bunch of us went and did the gorge about a month ago when the big flood came. This is the most outrageous fun in the great outdoors!!!! I love this soo much we are going again next weekend for labor day!!! Amazing fun for anyone!! A must do for the bucket list!!

WOW!!! We just rafted the Lower New yesterday and this is all my emotions in your video. I was crazy anxious and to top it off we were taking our son along for his 13th birthday (and all 3 of us were total newbs)! We not only all survived...none of us even took an "unplanned" swim, and we absolutely LOVED it!! Our guide and Adventures on the Gorge was TOP NOTCH!!! We are on an RV trip to visit all of the national parks so we'll definitely be checking out more of your videos, but I can honestly say if I had seen this before our raft trip, I probably would have chickened out, LOL.

Brings back great memories of rafting that very section. They should have mentioned the annual Bridge Day. One day a year they close the New River Gorge Bridge and allow BASE jumping.
