Here is how to get the Fatal Ending: You play until the part you have to look in the mirror, when you get the fork, it will give you a few seconds to stab dad. Do not stab dad(Just wait). Then he will run and take the fork from you and stab you. He will be sad that he is alone. And if you got this ending in the video, I always write my comment before I watch the full video!
