They look awesome. Maybe the reason why they didn’t glow was because they were inside the bag for days which was probably dark inside and caused them to glow and after you opened them need some energy to recharge in order glow again

You have to shine a light or black light on it to make it glow in the dark, but it only works with half, officer doggy, raze, clowny, frostiggy, and zompiggy work
