Bibarel was a Sinnoh/Hisui Cup staple, beating out Froslass and pressuring Bastiodon back in the day. Rollout makes it even more threatening -- to the entire meta.

This move update was very disappointing. Birbarel is not meta, starmie is not meta. Medicham is not improved. The meta stayed completely the same as last season.

They always do the big updates every September, then tweak things throughout the rest of the year Honestly I've been enjoying that bibarel and starmie are nice anti-meta! Medicham, however, I'm glad it's dead lol

@HomeSliceHenry yeah its just weird to me that they buff things like the elemental punches and fangs, that end up making no difference at all to the Pokemons that use them. Instead of putting more effort into making some nice changes. But i understand that you are happy that Medicham is not good anymore. But in my opinion it should have at least some play. Ive spend about 550.000 Stardust and only got to use it for about 2 seasons or so, Pretty big investment with very little return. It feels like Niantic is punishing people for investing a lot of Stardust into Pokémon..
