My cousin told me she was a Mrs. Remi STAN too. We bonded over the fact that your Chamorro too! Red rice, Barbecue chicken/ ribs, chicken Keleguen, shimp keleguen, shrimp patties, Chamorro potato salad is most of the things you see a a fiesta. There are so much more but that is what you mostly see too at chamorro restaurants in the states. My husband is Mexican and he’s turned into the biggest chamoro food fan.
