New route U1 Express

U1 Express designed to take College students to all connecting Express buses downtown.

Nice! I have a question, why are the 4000s inactive for? We noticed that some DE40LFRs, an 800s, and a Nova went to Kalihi Yard as replacements for the 4000s.
