Mark my words,Ground clearance is not a issue at all if you mostly live in city environment. If too bumpy take bike diagnonlly. Foot pegs are backward setup give good riding comfort along with great poster. That cannot be considered as issue for your mentioned purpose this bike will be best mate to you Hemanth. I do recommend because it is light weight tooo and good looking bike from RE under affordable pricing, But remember engine is of crusing segment 350cc so feel little heating over 100kms non stop riding with regularly shifting gears without using proper rpm levels. And it the nature of crusing engine bike in any other manufacture too. So you can ignore it.
