They just want degree certificate/provisional certificate ..and also checked passport visa date ...but you should try to bring all documents like final prof marksheet,10th,12th documents including main documents 1. Entry slip 2.passport 3.any Id prof 4.eligibility certificate 5.score card 6. Admit card 7.provisional certificate....at first biometric and some easy questions like what's your name, attempt,score etc..then documents verification.. after that 10-15 minutes need to get certificate..If you have all original documents you never face any problem even if you any mistakes in form fill up..They just verify your original documents

Tumne form fill kiya tha to wahan par eligibility certificate upload krne ka tha. Wahan tumne tumhare NEET UG ka result hi dala hoga? Bcz tumko admit card aaya and tumne exam diya and pass bhi ho gye. So don’t worry. NEET UG ka marksheet lete jaao colour printed. Aur “agar neet ug ka admit card bhi ho na” to wo bhi leke jaao

Try to see google photos if you might took any photos to post or snapchat history if you might saved it or ask your friends who travel with you.. Or check gmail. Search there the aeroplane company name. See if you get any clue.

Passport ke hisab se naam fill karna. And tumhare degree me bhi i think passport ke hisab se hi naam hoga. Apne degree me naam apne passport ke hisab se hi likhwana. Agar nhi likha hua h to change karwao application de kr university me. Lekin passport ka naam valid hota. Aur rahi baat 10/12 marksheet ki to MD ke alawa baaki naam to har jagah same h na? To phir koi dikkat nhi.

Yes. No need to fill for nepal. Just keep your admission letter as proof that you took admission in that college. It sound funny that if you are having degree that means obviously you took admission but you know that NBE People. They are asking for it so try to keep that and “IF YOU HAVE” every semester marksheet or something then take take too with you.

Try to find the stamp of indian immigration. and calculate your travel. For example if u remember that your flight was on morning 3am and you reach same day to that foreign country then check when was the departure stamp of india. what date it was? and if your flight travel time was 12am midnight then substract or add 1 day by seeing the indian immigration stamp

In the third column you need to write about all the visas. Write very small small bcz it doesnt have much space but you have to write all visas like june 2017 to august 2017 then august 2017 to February 2018 then February 2018 to july 2018 everything you need to write

Be it be you lived there for 2 years then you need to write only the entry and exit date but in 3rd column you need to write all these 2 yrs visa means 4 visa (bcz each visa is 6month duration)
