So, things to note for Saintsworn: - It's highly unoptimal to put anything into weapon stats (obviously), but idk maybe you could still go some weapon stats for the non-attunement mantras. - You can theoretically go only lvl 4 mantras, and still get the max value out of it with that +1 lvl talent (GB Mantras are best like: Fire blade, Ice Smash, Thunder kick, etc... Full GB build?!?!) - It's probably best to go one attunement with lvl 80, and the rest max 60 (unless you want a specific talent) for that 25% extra scaling. - This is probably the most flexible oath in the game in terms of attunements. You can cook almost ANYTHING, and it will probably be good. - Biggest note: Saintsworn makes specific attunement resistance stacking bad now (no more anti-lightning resistance and etc.), because of its "element damage switch" property. Basically, against a saintsworn user, even if you have like 50% elem res and 30% flame res, if the enemy is in any stance that isn't flame, that 30% flame res will be completely useless. Very interesting.

Expect a nerf, if not, bring back old silentheart. This feels so uncounterable unless ur using an anti mage build (blindseer prediction, shadow) which was already only slightly effective against mage builds. Old silentheart could genuinely be a counter to saintsworn.

No lie just before this dropped I was trying to theorycraft a pseudo sigil knight build that uses 3 attunements and exploits the best mantras that don't need upgrading to be good. I think this leaps pretty much every hurdle I was looking at.

The way how I understand it is that the oath gives you 2 ways to play it. Either you heavily invest in 2 elements, abusing their talents in the various stances (For example having the shadow talents ,which can stun enemies briefly and using it via a thunder call mantra, while your in Shadow Saint Stance). Or you try to evenly invest the points in all attunements, grabbing as many talents and mantras as possible, to have the biggest elemental mixup potential.

i tried to break down what punchee's video goes over into smaller summaries for those having trouble understanding saintsworn basically, it has 1. stance changes (or attunement mode) that influence criticals (default to L) 2. one unique passive ability tied to each stance (each have unique activation requirements) 3. criticals allow passive abilities to activate again 4. attunement talents work for every elemental mantra depending on which stance youre in 5. a mantra that basically does a mini-ult depending on which stance youre in 6. damage type of your elemental mantras change depending on which stance youre in 7. all elemental mantras below level 5 passively become one level higher (meaning level 4s become level 5s, level 3s become level 4s, etc.) 8. 25% of your highest attunement scaling is applied to your other attunements, effectively meaning that if you had 100 flame, the other four attunements would act like they had an additional 25 points in them (i think) 9. everytime you change stances, you can block a single hit that matches your stance with NO damage taken (meaning if you switch to fire stance, a level 5 fire blade once guard break you if you block it but only once until you switch to that stance again) 10. after you switch between all five stances, your attunement scaling goes up by 15% and mantra modifiers are increased by 10% by an unknown duration 11. 2 support mantra slots, 2 combat, and 1 wildcard

It's... Honestly not that bad. It's the attunement combo'er/spam oath. And Given it's requirements, It's likely gonna lead to it having squishier health than other builds given you need 20 in every attunement alongside investing in the attunement of your choice for desired talents.

20 in everything is just a little insane and i feel like i have no room for extra stats, not to mention with all the mantras you get, you'll only have room for like 50 cards. 50 cards is an issue cause of all the attunements you're going which need talents to be good. Overall, an average build on this oath will fall below 500 hp and have zero combat viable cards without having entire attunements that are just deadweight
