Ragdoll cancel it's ping dependant so it's also depends on you,how fast you do it. Conclusion Yes, it is indeed escapable (If the enemy has around 180-300,he can't escape man)

You don’t need to do shove, its all just the dash at the end, it’s heavily dependent on ping, if the opponent is laggy, you might not even have to fling your camera to not collide with them.
