Protein digestion begins to mouth,whre the physical breakdown begins
@JhunSims14 күн бұрын
sir I see your point....the the real explaination is in the stomach Protein digestion begins in the stomach: Stomach The stomach's chief cells secrete pepsin and hydrochloric acid (HCl), which break down proteins into smaller polypeptides. Small intestine The chyme from the stomach mixes with bicarbonate and digestive enzymes in the small intestine. The bicarbonate neutralizes the HCl, and the digestive enzymes break down the proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids.

QUESTION NO. 23 Mam Please correct me if my Answer is Wrong. Question No. 23 correct Answer is Option D. Elevated 45 degrees at all times: This position minimizes the risk of aspiration by keeping the head elevated consistently. Elevating the head at all times is crucial, especially in children with conditions that increase the risk of aspiration.
@nurseblessing4 ай бұрын
correct answer is B ELEVATE THE HEAD 30 TO 45 DEGREE DURING AND AFTER MEAL Elevating the head during meals helps the child to swallow more effectively and reduces the likelihood of regurgitation. The 30 to 45-degree angle helps minimize the risk of gastric contents refluxing into the esophagus during eating. Proper positioning during meals is crucial for children who are at increased risk of aspiration due to burns or other medical issues. While option b emphasizes elevation during meals, it’s important for the child to remain in an elevated position after eating as well. This continued elevation helps prevent aspiration as the body digests the food. A Flat except during meals: This increases aspiration risk significantly, as flat positioning allows gastric contents to easily flow back into the esophagus. C; Elevated 15 to 30 degrees for 12 hours after meals: While this option provides some elevation, a more substantial elevation during meals and continuous after-meal positioning would be more effective. D; Elevated 45 degrees at all times: Although this is generally safe, it may not be practical or comfortable for the child during rest periods. Additionally, it does not specifically address the importance of elevation during meals. THANK YOU !!!
