My nearest Chinese restaurant is owned by a Chinese lady named Michelle. I can telephone her once a week and say “take out please!” And she knows exactly what I want and she says “15-20 minutes”. I drive over to her restaurant and my “Dragon and Phenix” with fried rice and spring rolls a small hot and sour soup is always hot and ready for pick up. I have always left her a generous tip, much to her disapproval. Michelle always says “too much tip!” I really appreciate her efficiency and the quality of her food.
