im going to be 💯 and im talking from an international perspective not just the USA. although many oldschool rappers had the jewellery, 2pac took it to the forefront 1st. many rappers had tattoos but tupac took it to where it became almost a must for rappers. 2pac made dear mamma then people followed suit. repping hard for your labell, 2pac took that to the fore front. high end fashion, foreign cars, diamonds and so many other things im not saying he started these things, im saying people immulated these things because 2pac did it and not only rappers but also fans worldwide. this is just facts, there are better rappers, there are rappers that did these things before pac but Pac elevated the status of a rapper from just a rapper to superstar these things have become common place in hiphop
