soooo what was wrong with the old scoreboard? Is there anything being done about the lack of playing fields for the other sports (soccer, baseball, etc)?

The local Civic Center a few miles down the road had a Fair-Play similar to that one and after it was about 10 years old they claimed that F-P no longer had parts for it. My town uses Nevco and they get many years of service from the boards.
