Tbh the new passive in fleet does not suit Yasuo or Yone well. It gives one more AA which is pretty useless. Only time fleet may be good is on Yone against tough matchups cus the sustain can help slightly.

Fleet in general is good, yasuo and yone moves a lot which can easily stack Fleet and proc over and over

Yes, but fleet in general is already good for yasuo and yone since they move a lot and can easily stack and proc again and again. Attack speed is just a bonus and it's not bad
