Legend haste only affect basic ability haste, so it doesn’t work on your ultimate cd. Not to mention mana flow mana regen works even without hitting enemy champion(using abilities to clear waves).

It depends on your enemies. Are you vs. heavy auto attackers/bork abusers? Never go heartsteel unless you are mega fed. If vs. a tank or an ap champ without %hp damage, then cool

I hate the new changes to the Items and Runes. They killed Sunfire and Biscuit Delivery...This changing Ornn's Secondary Runes allowing him to run Magical Footwear as well is gonna hurt him Gold wise since that's an extra 300 gold plus extra movement spd stats your losing out on when his normal build is expensive enough. Conceptually it's not a bad idea. They're cheaper, easier to get full build on, but the flat stats are just lower for the individual. Most of the power in tank support items is team utility (shredding mr, aoe shield). So on a champ like Ornn where you want to get as much HP, Armor, MR as possible, taking up a slot for less than optimal armor/mr at a lower cost is just usually not worth the trade off of being 400 gold cheaper.

Because everything got nerfed. And with the way armor and Mr works, the more you have of it the less it's worth. So even if your getting 15 percent less armor it's only like a 10 percent nerf
