Batmanparker 05 for every week, you get a loading screen. If you look close enough you will see a hidden battle star hiding behind smth or some where. Go there on the map, and a battle star will pop up, search it and get those 10free tier points. So if you look close enough on the week#7 loading screen, you can see a battle star above the metior strike in the center of Dusty Divot. Go there and search the battle star. After that, go to the loading screens, and the week#8 loading screen will be there.
