You sold me on that Dior quint! It's positively *stunning* on you. The icy lilac undertones are so beautiful, and the finishes of the shadows are very elegant. Many of those tones make great 'one & done' looks. I also want to layer them over the deepest color.

I just turned 50 and am re-evaluating my makeup application, amount, products and eyeshadow is one of them. I L❤VE them but I feel like I need to change it up to enhance my features rather then make me look older. I’ve seen your videos with the Chanel quads and it seems as though the Dior ones may be the same in that they aren’t super pigmented but do create a beautiful eye look. Would you agree with that or might you have other suggestions as far as quality soft looking eyeshadow pallets? I’d appreciate any feedback 😊

I have a bunch of the Dior quints and, let me say, they have never disappointed me! Cashmere is one of the great palettes. The Mitzah palette is also beautiful for fall. Hope you try a few more of them! Your eye look was beautiful!

Hi Tania, I think this foundation actually Looks very pretty!! The Dior pallet is Stunning. It looks beautiful on your eyes. I think the pinkish lip color looks better With the cool eyes 👁️👁️!! So much to say here! The Patrick Ta foundation was a flop for me. Haus Labs won my heart. I’m shocked you didn’t have Dior’s Cashmere palette already?!?! I laughed because, as always, we have the same taste. I picked up Killer Queen too. I think it got patchy on you because you used makeup remover to switch colours?! I love this colour on our skin tone. It’s a total win! 😘✌️💯

Absolutely stunning look. You looked really beautiful. I think with the foundation, it comes down to your skin type and preferences. I haven't seen very many positive reviews about it, so I think that's what it is. That's eye look was gorgeous though. I've seen the same issues with the concealer as well.

I totally feel the same way about the bright undereyes! I want them to look like my skin, not so bright and light. The light undereyes emphasize my bags and circles. Have you tried salt new York sneaky balm skin tint? I wonder if it's similar to the Patrick ta. I love my sneaky balm, it looks so pretty and doesn't go into the pores but my meshes into my skin like a dream. And it wears pretty well too on my mostly dry/normal skin

I purchased it in the same color and it lays down flawlessly for me. I wonder if it wasn't compatible with the Patrick Ta foundation. Dior eyeshadows are my absolute favorite luxury products! The colors are very sophisticated, not too pigmented and very good quality! You should also try Nude Dress and Jungle, my absolute go to for special occasions. Love your channel btw ❤❤❤

That Dior quint is one of my favorites. I have a few. I keep going back and fourth on this foundation lol. I passed and I think I will continue to pass on the Nars lipsticks because I bought so many of the Dior and the Chanel lipsticks 😂😂. Great review of these products. Thank you

The Nars lipsticks are very similar to the Dior ones! You do not need both!!

Yes, I drank the Dior eyeshadow quint coolaid, and I'm not sorry! IMHO they are one of the best eyeshadows out there -- better than Chanel. And with 7 grams of product they are good value for the quaity. Also, the palettes are very well curated in their color stories.

After I applied my moisturizer and primer, I actually powdered my face with the Patrick Ta powder and then applied the foundation. I placed it on my face in finger swipes, and then pressed it in with the BK Beauty foundation brush. If I wanted a little more coverage I would apply a tiny bit more powder on top!

I got the Patrick ta and it worked great for me. Skin care first and the milk stick primer on my t zone and it was awesome. Used a brush and set the T zone with the powder

I returned my Patrick Ta foundation/powder. It looked great for about a minute and then it was awful. The powder was too heavy for the foundation. I got the Haus Labs instead and I’m in LOVE with that.

Be careful with making sure you remove all your makeup and double cleanse in the end of the day when you take the makeup off if i dont I can get contact acne from foundations and powders mostly creams just make sure yoy do that. I have a few Dior quints and Soft Cashmere is my favourite, it's perfect for any eye colour and lends itself to any look. Love it!! What on earth was going on with that Nars lippy?? It looked horrendous 😕 I've ordered the Haus Labs foundation, thankfully they offer international shipping 😊 I kinda knew that the PT face duo wasn't for me as I don't use powder on my face - it's too dry. @@belindafischer2920foundations: I REALLY love the new Hourglass foundation (Ambient Soft Glow), La Mer (the soft fluid long wear foundation), and Beauty Blender Bounce Skin Tint. concealers: both Dior ones & Kosas concealer. Now having said that, I narrowed that list down but there are so many amazing products in the beauty market now! I think with complexion products specifically what makes them a favorite to you depends on certain variables such as: skin type, age, coverage preference, climate where you live, etc. I’ve used up an entire Pat McGrath concealer and really enjoyed it, and considering how many foundations & concealers I own, that’s a big win 😍

I don't know if you watch Roseandben but she always says you should tap and never drag anything or swipe you should always dab and not swipe and you should not use a wet sponge that just takes the Foundation away, I am also a Makeup Artist like you and you should try tapping dabbing not swipe whether it is sponge or brush

I think every foundation is different and reacts different with sponges, brushes or application. Some work better at tapping and some work better if swiped.

Above this pencil, all three lipstick colors look the same. If you want to show color of lipsticks why then you use a pencil? Plus, none of the lipsticks match the color of the shadows.
