Loveed this episode! I've been facing the same thing as well, family members telling me I've put on weight but that's because they keep comparing me to how i looked like when i was in high school, aka 6 years ago. Thank you for making me feel less alone, and the reassurance that our bodies are MEANT to change and grow with us! You're both so beautiful and this meant so much to me. Thank you, Saff, Nicole and Zula! ❤️

Especially for fat shaming, it is very common and it happens very frequently and at many context and became like a 'norm', people get 'desensitized' at times and think that it is okay to talk about other people's weight. I've been fat shamed ever since I was young and I got targeted frequently especially in school and I always received very mean comments (Since I was 6 years old and even up to now). When someone did not ask for any feedback about his/her body, we do not need to comment or project beauty standards onto others unnecessarily. Hope that there will be a shift in culture and belief so that people won't get bullied over their weight/body appearance. Thank you for raising the awareness of fat shaming and body diversity:) Look forward to the day when more people are aware of the Body Neutrality concept!

UnliKE Nicole who just keeps spewing vulgarities. Anyways I feel she matured n learned a lot along the way..sometimes we have to go through stuff to learn. Everyday's a learning process.

Why is no one also discussing about the other side, where people also shame others who are skinny? This is also a problem that most people ignore because it's not the "trend" now. Both sides are equally bad. Plus, it will be great if there are less vulgarities for proper discussions.

When feeling fat, just move to the US and you will be the skinniest.
