Mate, that's a sweet setup! I'm really interested in Analog Rytm. Is it an easy/difficult synth? ⚡👌💫

@@KimiElectronic thanks so much! It can go as deep/complicated as you want it to. It's easy to use it as a straight up drum machine, but you can assign analog synth sounds and then even overlap samples on top of the analog synths. It's pretty easy to get the hang of motion control and the LFO's from the start too. I'm just scratching the surface and having so much fun. I'm looking forward to diving deeper into all the functions. I'd say try the Syntakt first (they are very similar) and see if you like the workflow. Then trade up to the rytm if you want. I think the Syntakt may even be more capable than the Rytm now, but the Rytm is just too sexy haha.

@@KimiElectronic yeah the Syntakt is really fun and you can have it run other gear via midi/cc too.

One of these days I will give the Elektrons a go. I have a thing for obscure workflows. ( Cough..Sonicware...Cough..Roland)😂

I was very intimidated by the Elektron workflow and I even tried out the model cycles to dip my toes in, but hated it. It wasn't until I picked up a syntakt for cheap that I was like "Ok, I think I got this." I'm barely scratching the surface still, but the amount of control you have starts to really feel like power and stops being overwhelming very quickly.
