I think its HP Poison. SE on Azumarill and supposedly Neutral on Feraligatr narrows it down. Also it took an 8th of Whimsicott's HP in one hit.

Reuniclus is one of my favorites in the series. So cool to use in the actual games, was hoping he'd be good in PoGo but I don't think the game is setup in his favor.

When showing type advantages, Hidden Power always show normal for both trainers regardless of its typing

Also, as an aside, I don't believe Hidden Power is bugged, so much as it's coded in a specific way that it visually looks like a Normal type move, so shows Not Very Effective on Rocks, Steels and Ghosts. Which makes it impossible to guess based on visuals, what the type is. Though, this is Niantic we're talking about, so if it were bugged it wouldn't surprise.
