Mercy. Just put black with brushed nickel in kitchen and bathrooms.The color of my livingroom requires gold frames, candlesticks and lamps. Nothing else will do. All in house door knobs are brass. So it may be a Mish mash but it's all good. Chrome was all in my 1970s home, been there done that!

Love that chrome is coming back and it’s fun to mix metals. Chrome and polished nickel bring life to a space. One thing I hope never comes back is brushed stainless though. Lol

Heeyyy Southern Girl!!! Had to search for you again! KZbin has been sending all kinds of crazy channels in my feed. I missed you🥰. My home presently has mostly brushed nickel for fixtures. I do love gold and brass because it can really warm up a space and add a touch of richness! It’s used mostly in picture frames, mirror frames, and vase and urns that’s in my home now. I do not plan to add chrome. It just looks cheap to me. Love your channel and that you actually take the time to interact with us❣️Thanks so much

My dining chairs are a sleek, white leather with a thin chrome border and legs. I love them! Just bought them last summer. I also have some nickel, black and a very light sprinkle of brass...but not very much. I like mixing metals because my home is modern and neutral. It's all black, white, and gray, with undertones of ivory, cream, beige and taupe. Metals are in light fixtures and handles. My accessories are mostly natural...clay, ceramic, cement and marble so a little metal mixing works for me! Thanks for the video!

My favorite metal is gold. I'm preparing myself down here, (Earth) seeing that I'll be walking on streets made of it, up there. (Heaven)🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿😂🤣😂 However, I saw a chrome desk once at Homesense, and I regret not getting it, to this day. I wanted it for my daughter's room, but I wasn't sure of the measurements. That desk was the best chrome piece I've ever seen. 😭

All my lighting fixtures in the main rooms are brass. Shiny chrome and black metals are in my bathrooms and I like it. My main color in the living room is black and a little white, blackish bronze metal end tables, so I think the brass blends in well. I know chrome would be off balance with what I have.

Hello my southern sweetie! I only happened upon your channel yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed you! It was so much fun! The first video I watched pertained to Glam, which is my favorite design style. Keep up the good work. By the way......my prefered metal is Gold. 2. I like some of the chrome, but as you well know, sometimes when something trends, they tend to go overboard with it. My other complaint about the chrome is that when I see it on ottoman's, the ottomans are usually very low to the ground. That's a big NOPE for me!
