Congratulations on the new shop, may I make a suggestion, if you use the space from one garage door you could expand to a storage bay about 3 to 6ft deep all with shelves.

Morning Matt…turned out amazing! I think that improved workflow is seriously going to up your game. Very well thought out. I get the window issue! Hubbie wanted to block mine out so people couldn’t see all my equipment and be tempted to break in…I want to watch my bird feeders and see the mountains…that there is soul food 😊 We are in Idaho, and it is 28 right now. I think this year we will hang those floor to ceiling thermal drapes you use in the home across the garage doors to reduce the chill from them. You guys are rock stars!

Looking awesome! You guys are rockin and that's a killer setup and looks super efficient. Would be cool to see how it compares for you during your busy season flow! Little tip, careful with getting too close to the wall with the fiber. if you put too much strain with the line coming out of the back against the wall/exhaust, it can put strain cracks in the fiber optic line that carries the laser beam from the source in the box up to the arm/head. It's a bit of a pricey fix to replace and sometimes time consuming, so wouldn't want you to have to deal with that.

Matt, I’m so proud for you man. Congrats! Now the hard part….keeping it clean and orderly. 😂 I bet on those “eye sore” garage doors, you could just get like a foam board sign printed and glue it or stick it to the doors and you wouldn’t even see those inside ugly parts anymore (I don’t think they look too bad as is). Just a thought. Maybe even have them “wrapped” with a cool textured design OR a color matched wrap that’s the same color as your walls. Then it’ll all match. Take care man!

This will be just like your shed…it will fill up fast! When I remodeled my garage I took out the overhead door, put in a new wall and I installed a French door. Definitely made a difference. Being up north and having a lot of cold, where are you going to keep your vehicles ( unless they already stayed outside like mine do)?

Matt how easy is it to clean the exhaust fan? I just order my second laser and want to combine the exhaust fans to one instead of 2. currently have a 6" ac infinty fan on my 80w adding a 100w. Looking at adding the M*8

It’s fine but if you miss a piece you can throw it off balance and you’ll have a shimmy to it so I might just buy a new one every year because it’s like 80 bucks

Something new next to the fiber is the UV laser, perhaps a 3D Feeltek UV. Something new on the other area is probably a Thunder Bolt RF laser. Am I right?
